first ever national 'King/ Queen of musicality' quiz contest

Are you the “National Musicality’ King/ Queen” ?
The newly formed music group, ‘Like Them’ is hosting the first-ever National Musicality Quiz with a total prize of USD $1,000.00

Prizes

  • USD $500.00 will be awarded to the winning participant.
  • An additional USD $500.00 will be awarded to the winner’s sponsor. Businesses may serve as sponsors – a person cannot be a sponsor.

How to Participate

  1. Entry is completely FREE, and no purchase is necessary. Any email address provided for the quiz will remain confidential and will never be sold.
  2. Participants must answer six questions (with ‘one word’ answers):
    • The answers to the first two questions can be found in the song ‘10 Scenes (in a Night Club)’ and the Beatles tribute music video ‘The Ballad of John and Paul’ by ‘Like Them’.
    • The remaining four questions are based on the song ‘A Cheer for Tango’ by ‘Like Them’. To help ensure fairness, each question has two parts:
      • Select the correct one-word emotion or emotional state from a provided list.
      • Identify the timestamp in the song that matches that emotion.
  3. The first participant to answer all six questions correctly will win the cash prize and earn the honorary title of National Musicality King / Queen.

2. The FIRST winning entrant who answers all 6 questions correctly will receive a cash prize of USD $500/-. In addition, the Sponsor (if any) will be awarded USD $500/- if designated by the winner and has registered by emailing details to Dhalsa LLC using email dhalsacontact@gmail before the date the participant submitted his/her entries
The email heading should read Contest 2026, [Name of Organization],[ City[ and [State]
The sponsor verification will take place when the participant who selected this sponsor is the winner

    A list of words with the correct answer related to the song ‘A cheer for Tango’ is provided inside the quiz. It is advised to listen to the full song to better understand the musicality in the song!

 

Rules for entry

  1. Open to all adults 18 or over (USA only) – void where prohibited. The Judge’s decision on the answers to the questions is FINAL!
  2. ONLY one entry per contestant- A duplicate entry will nullify all entries associated with that contestant.
  3. ONLY ONE winner will be selected even if there are multiple entries with correct answers. We will make every effort to attempt to ensure the first correct entry wins. The check for correct answers is not fully automated as the answers are not stored on any Server to prevent sniffing and other fraud mechanisms
  4. The contest will end when the correct answer is provided and this will be posted on the likethem.net page (no information on the user will be posted). Else the contest will continue till the end date and may be extended.
  5. The winner will be contacted via email – If no response is received within 30 days or 3 attempts – then the winner will be disqualified and the prize money used for the next competition!
  6. To confirm that no AI or programming tools were used to generate the answer, the winner will be asked follow up question to validate his answers. This is done to be fair to those who are truly musical and may have the correct answer.

Dhalsa Queen

Dramatic Music Video based on surreal events inside an event hall haunted by a spirit attempting to prevent her heartbreak from recurring. A Dhalsa dancer performing the “Friendship” dance (also known as “Dhalsa”) is her latest victim “Friendship dance” Dance (also known as “Dhalsa”) is easy to learn and a lot of fun. SCENE 1 At the entrance- A bored door man watches a street quartet perform for a pittance

SCENE 2  In the kitchen- The curry chef gulps surreptitious contents from an over sized cofee mug

His tipsy waltz leads him to the swinging door. A waiter rushes in – the swinging door bumps the chef and drives him in accelerated motion towards the boiling pot

SCENE 3  At the bar– The barmaids revel in gossip
